Performing Arts

Visual arts may take center stage at the Coconut Grove Arts Festival, but a variety of performing arts provides an encore. Adding greater value to a general admission ticket, festival goers can catch a dance or theatre presentation at sites throughout the Festival and enjoy a series of musical performances on the main stage.

Smooth jazz soloists, Americana rock bands and Latin fusion musicians entertain Festival goers taking an auditory break on the lawn of beautiful Peacock Park, adjacent to Biscayne Bay.

International recording artists and local favorites offer live music for the entire family, while showcasing their talents during this three-day mini music festival. In 2011, large crowds arrived to move to the sounds of the ever-popular Suenalo and Spam All-Stars.
